MOST INJECTIONS DON`T DO THIS | While many of us struggle with dark circles under our eyes, most injectors do NOT treat the tear troughs, and the reason they choose not to is not because the results aren’t beautiful—I mean, swipe and you’ll see just how effective this treatment is. Most injectors do not offer under-eye filler because it is a complex area with very little room for error. I too approach this area with extreme caution and will only allow my patients to proceed with treatment if I can do so safely. Here’s how I do that:
→ full face assessment (not just under-eyes)
→ often treating midface first
→ very conservative placement (less is always more here)
→ and knowing when to say no

I’m trying something new. I want to see if this is a realistic lifestyle suggestion for us busy moms !

No, I didn’t come up with this. I don’t know who did.

I’m finding (especially with the time change), waking earlier in the morning to get a workout in, isn’t happening. So I’m trying to get 100 push-ups done in a day -throughout the day !

Honestly… first attempted I only got 20 in 🤣
Second attempt I got 50… and now I’m too sore today (day 3) but let’s see if I can get another 50 in 🤔 (and not at once! I can only do 10 continuous push-ups)

You can also do this with squats/crunches/etc!

☑️ Bone loss can begin in early perimenopause but accelerates during the later years
☑️ Women can lose up to 20% of bone density in the years around menopause (50-54)

🏋️ Strength training is one of the most effective ways to slow bone loss and reduce fracture risk

This isn’t about aesthetics.
It’s about staying strong, steady, and independent for decades.
